Registration Guidelines

Registration Policy

Every paper must have an author presenting it on site physically in order to be included in the conference program.

The early-bird registration is closed after SEP 7, 2024. The payment gateway will change the fee structure automatically.

If you are paying student registration fee, please provide the front and the back sides of your valid student ID card.


Registration Fees

As this year all participants must attend the conference on site, the ICEB Conference Committee allows all participants to register as a member. Furthermore, if you are not attending ICEB 2024, you are encouraged to become a member of ICEB and AIS.

NOTE FOR REGISTRATION FEE:
* The registration fee (be it regular or student) allows you to get a name badge to attend all presentation sessions (including technical sessions, keynote sessions), list one title on the Program Book and the informal proceedings Zip file. No badge, no presentation is allowed. Also, it includes the 2025 membership dues of USD 20 per regular registrant and USD 10 per student and will be transferred to ICEB Home Office according to the constitution.
 
** There is a publication fee of USD 200 per paper if you want to publish your papers in the El-Compendex+Scopus double indexed formal post-conference electronic proceedings book.
