Please visit the payment gateway provided by United International College in Zhuhai, China at https://fbm.uic.edu.cn/iceb/. Please follow the instructions on the website.

Finally, please email your payment receipt to [email protected] and [email protected] with your paper ID penciled in behind your name. Afterwards, the UIC in Zhuhai will issue you a formal receipt. Many thanks for your cooperation !.

For PUBLICATION FEE Only (Open for payment from November 1 to November 15):

Online credit card payment is being arranged. Please submit your registration form to get approval from the ICEB Home Office before making the payment. Note that the payment is non-refundable, thus you should make your decison carefully.

Please note that the fee structure of the payment gateway is based on TWD currency (fixed at US$1=NT$32) and contains a 5% surcharge imposed by the payment gateway. By using payment gateway service, you agree to pay the addition 5% surcharge. If you do not agree, you can use the bank wiring service which may cost more.

Finally, please email your payment receipt to [email protected] and [email protected] with your paper ID penciled in behind your name. Afterwards, the ICEB Home Office will issue you a formal receipt. However, the ICEB Home Office will not issue any receipt for REGISTRATION fee. Many thanks for your cooperation !.
